Mamoudou Camara

PRODUCER

I am Mamoudou Camara, an artist of Guinean and Malian origin who became a Quebecer by adoption in 2000.

My artistic journey began with Michael Jackson impersonations in Montreal, where I went on to perform on major stages such as the Just for Laughs Festival and the International Jazz Festival. As a member of the Union des artistes, I began with an internship at the National Theatre School of Canada.

In 2018, I landed my first major roles in film and on stage. In 2021, I received a grant from the Conseil des Arts et Lettres du Québec for my play "Ensemble avec nos différences vers un même rêve". I am fully invested in the cultural industry by creating works imbued with sensitivity and humanity.
